The short version: the only data we collect from you personally is what you type into the quote form. We use it to quote and schedule your job. We use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages people find useful, we don't set cookies, we don't sell anything, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Almost everything we have about you, you typed into the quote form. That includes:
Our web server also logs the standard request information that every web server logs: your IP address, the page you requested, the browser you used, and the time of the request. We keep those logs for thirty days and use them to diagnose problems and detect abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

We do not use any of it for marketing, profiling, retargeting, advertising, or training machine-learning models. We do not call you cold, we do not send newsletters, and we do not add you to any list.
Two third-party services participate in handling your submission. Each operates under its own privacy policy and acts as a data processor on our behalf.
When you submit the quote form, the text fields and a list of photo links are sent to Web3Forms, which relays them as an email to our inbox. Web3Forms records the submitting IP address as part of abuse prevention and may briefly log the message contents in transit. They do not store photo files; only the text. Their full policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
Photos you upload are stored in a private bucket on Backblaze B2. We generate signed download links that are valid for seven days; those links are what we receive in the email with your submission. After that window the links stop working unless we sign new ones. Backblaze's privacy policy is at backblaze.com/company/policy.html.
This site loads two web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Your browser makes a request to Google to fetch the font files. We do not pass any of your form data to Google, and the font load happens before you've typed anything. Google's privacy policy applies to that connection.
We do not currently run any analytics on this site. If that changes in the future — for example if we add a privacy-respecting tool like Umami to measure page usefulness — this section will describe exactly what is collected before the change goes live.
This site does not set any cookies. It does not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any other advertising or session-replay script. We do not share data with ad networks and we do not embed any third-party tracking that surveys your activity across other sites.
The third-party requests your browser makes from this site are: loading two Google Fonts files at page load, posting your submission to Web3Forms when you click "Send for a quote," and uploading photos to Backblaze (via our server). That's it.
This site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and our server is encrypted. Form submissions to Web3Forms and photo uploads to Backblaze are also encrypted in transit. The Backblaze bucket that holds photos is private — files require a signed link to download. The application key used to talk to Backblaze is held only on our server and is not exposed in the browser.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments. We don't sell personal information and haven't in the previous twelve months. We don't share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you'd like a formal record of what we hold for you, email and ask — we'll send it.
Our customers are foothill property owners, generally adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under thirteen years old. If you believe a child has used the form here, email us and we will delete the submission.
