Insurance letters

The letter came from a satellite. Answer it with one.

Most wildfire non-renewals and FAIR Plan quotes trace back to an aerial risk model that scored your parcel — nobody drove out to look. You can't argue with a score you can't see. You can see ours.

Step one: see what the model sees

The free check below reads your parcel the same way — hazard-zone mapping, vegetation measured in each defensible-space zone from aerial imagery, graded plainly. What passes, what's flagged, what can't be judged from the air.

Free — takes about a minute

See what wildfire-risk satellites see on your parcel — hazard zone, fire history, and defensible-space zones. Takes a minute, costs nothing.

Step two: fix what's flagged, and document it

California's Safer from Wildfires framework lists the specific mitigation steps insurers are required to recognize — things like an ember-resistant zone in the first five feet and cleared defensible space. The report maps every fix to the checklist item it addresses, and when the work is done, it updates with dated before-and-after photos. That's the paper trail your agent can actually use.

Plain talk: no one can promise a discount or a reversal — that's the insurer's call, and anyone who guarantees it is selling something. What you control is the condition of the parcel and the quality of the documentation. This report is not an insurance or compliance document; it's the evidence you bring.

Deadline work gets priority

If a response date is bearing down, say so in the quote request — letter jobs get scheduled ahead of open-ended cleanup.
