For sellers and listing agents

Documentation for the sale file

Selling in a high or very-high fire hazard zone means the buyer side will ask about defensible space and fire hardening. This packet documents the property's condition item by item — with reviewed photo evidence, dates, and who captured each photo — aligned to the C.A.R. FHDS disclosure item list so it drops into the file without translation.

How it works

  1. Order below — you get a photo-capture link immediately.
  2. Whoever is at the property (you, the seller, anyone with a phone) walks it with the link open. It says exactly what to photograph and why; spotty signal is fine — photos upload when bars return.
  3. Every photo goes through human review. The packet is assembled from what the photos actually show — items nobody photographed stay marked undetermined, never assumed.
  4. The finished packet arrives by email: PDF plus a private link.
